The Center of Pre-Courses Department of the National Research Tomsk State University announces the III Olympiad in Russian as a foreign language, dedicated to the culture, geography and history of Russia.
The main purpose of the Olympiad: the preservation, multiplication and development of interest in the Russian language and Russian culture among foreign citizens.
PARTICIPANTS OF THE OLYMPIAD
The following categories of foreign citizens can take part in the Olympiad:
-
participants of the preparatory faculties / departments of educational institutions of higher education in the Russian Federation;
-
students of Russian and foreign universities studying Russian as a foreign language.
CONDITIONS OF THE OLYMPIAD
The Olympiad is held in extramural form using distance learning technologies.
The working language of the Olympiad is Russian.
Participation in the Olympiad is completely free.
Participants are divided into 2 categories according to the level of proficiency in Russian as a foreign language:
-
foreign students who speak Russian as a foreign language at the A2+ level;
-
foreign students who speak Russian as a foreign language at the B1+ level.
TERMS OF THE OLYMPIAD
Applications for participation are accepted from April 4 to April 20, 2023 inclusive via the link: https://clck.ru/epBY3 or by e-mail: fdp.olimpiada@bk.ru
The first stage is held from April 26 to April 28, 2023. The tasks of the first stage are the passing online tests in vocabulary and grammar of the Russian language, reading and listening. The time for completing tasks is limited.
The second stage is held from April 29 to May 4, 2023. The task of the second stage is to record and voice a video in Russian on the proposed topic.
CERTIFICATES AND PRIZES FOR THE PARTICIPANTS
According to the results of the Olympics, all participants will receive a participant certificate. Winners and prize-winners will receive memorable prizes and gifts.
