The Siberian Center for the Study of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies together with the project team of Sberbank developed an innovative AI-agent – a personal assistant to the bank’s client manager. The developed solution is capable of analyzing industry trends and generating business ideas to build a mutually beneficial dialogue with the bank clients. The AI agent selects optimal banking products to meet the actual needs of a person and forms personalized offers.

The Siberian AI Center was established on the basis of Tomsk State University in partnership with Sberbank.

A strategic session organized by Sberbank took place at the Tanai eco-complex. During three weeks of intensive work, a team of Sberbank experts led by Danil Belous, Director of the Siberian Center for the Study of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies, created a prototype of an AI agent – a personal assistant to a client manager.

The first day of the event was dedicated to training. Danil Belous held a master class for the bank project teams on modern AI tools. The work of the teams was headed by Alexey Chvanov, Deputy Chairman of the Siberian Bank of Sberbank. On the second day the teams presented their projects and demonstrated high results and AI skills.

– We transferred the methodology and practical skills for developing AI solutions that can be quickly implemented into work processes. It is especially valuable that key executives from different divisions of the bank, including subsidiaries, participated in the project. Each of them, in one way or another, used generative AI in the preparation of their projects, and my team – independently with my minimal participation developed the most advanced solution – a prototype AI agent, which will be proposed to Sberbank Central Office, commented Danil Belous.

This year the representatives of the Siberian Center for the Study of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technologies held a series of sessions on creating AI agents for key employees of the Siberian Bank of PJSC Sberbank of Russia in Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Barnaul and Tomsk.
